Deposits and payments: a deposit holds your cabin, with the remaining balance due on a payment schedule shared with you at booking. Because group cruise pricing and deadlines vary by cabin type and booking date, your travel partner will confirm the exact amounts and dates before you pay anything.

Cancellations and transfers: cancellation and refund options depend on how far from sailing you cancel and the fare type you choose, and cruise line rules also apply. Your travel partner will explain your specific cancellation window, any fees, and options like name changes or cabin transfers before you commit.

Protect your trip: we strongly recommend travel insurance, which can cover you for unexpected illness, emergencies and other situations that standard cancellation terms don't. Ask about insurance options when you book.
